whats the black thin cord on my sterio for?
there is a thin black cord just one no red cord what does this black cord hook up to? i tried to hook it to another speaker but it has a red output also

The black cord if its a single cord with a male plug its the antenna for your system to receive AM/FM radio channels. If you do not listen to radio you dont need to use it. If you do Im sure you will find the applicable connection to plug it into. I hope this helps.
