Operating manual for a HPM electrical timer. Cat: D817/2?

Gday,
I have at home a electric timer (D817/2) and can't work out how to set time, and programme it. I have no operating manual. I have tried to email HPM for a manual or at least some instructions but they have not returned an answer, its been a few months now.
