Anyone ever heard of this artist ?
okay so, i have this original painting, from the 1920's or 30's. I want to sell it, but i dont know know the price, and even who the artist is.
has anyone ever heard of "Gladys Ms Adams "?!?!?!
I've searched for her, but no luck.
also, the back of the painting says

Quote:This George Bellows student attended the Art Students League in New York, where she was influenced by the Ash Can School. She was a native of Cynthiana, Ky., and studied at the University of Kentucky. She exhibited in New York, Chicago and Louisville, where she was a member of the Louisville Art Club and the Louisville Art Association in the 1930s. She taught in public schools in Lexington for many years. Sources list her mainly as a portrait painter.
