Can you help me please with my remote control?

Had to purchase a new multi remote control, dog ate the last one. Well how can I get it to work I followed the instructions put the code in for a Panasonic TV and it still wont work, Any ideas.

try moving the batteries around then try again.if you are using the correct instructions then it should be working.i had problems with mine in the beginning, it is to do with technical flick of the fingers.you will sort it out soon.best wishes
