I am shy,some what fearing character.?

I am shy,some what fearing character. I don't talk to others often i will be always like to be alone.
I have quit 7 jobs in the span of 3 years. I will work for max 6 months and after that i can't. Everybody will tease. I feel depressed. Basically i am poor. But i am hard working. I like the previous job very much. I thought of doing business but i don't have enough money.
I attended counseling but that also failed. I want to show others who i am.
